Energy Work

A personalized combination of crystal healing, Reiki, smudging, hypnosis, past life healings, and guided visualizations. Energy work is helpful for many things including: trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, addictions, low self esteem, and childhood, family, and relationship issues.

Sessions are ninety minutes long and can be done online, as well as in person.

Beyond Quantum Hypnosis (BQH)

BQH is a multidimensional, intuitive and energy-based spiritual healing modality.

While BQH uses elements of what many consider "hypnosis" to explore consciousness, it is not a conventional or traditional hypnosis session itself, as you are encouraged to connect to higher aspects and energies for information and healing. For this reason, it is suggested that you come prepared with a list of questions you require guidance on.

Sessions take between three to four hours and can be done online, as well as in person.

Past Life Regressions

Hypnosis is used to take you into a deeply relaxed state, where you will be able to recall a past life that is helpful in healing issues you are currently encountering. This deeply relaxing and healing process is ideal for clearing negative blocks, limiting beliefs, and emotional trauma. 

Sessions are between two to three hours long and can be done online, as well as in person. Group regressions are available.

Online Readings

I connect with the client energetically via Zoom and guide them through their past life as I experience it in detail. A healing is performed through long distance Reiki on any issues that surface during the reading and I identify any affect on your present day life. If you are unable to use Zoom please contact me to discuss other options, including email.

House Clearing/ Paranormal Investigation

Identify and interpret the spirit or energy that is present. Through spiritual counselling, energy work, and smudging a healthy balance is restored to the home. Guidance is provided to maintain an energetically positive environment. Clearing may be done virtually, if needed.
